While it is called the &quot;Iowa DTV Symposium&quot; (meaning digital television), don&#039;t let that scare you away... it would be better titled, &quot;The Iowa Digital &amp; New Media Symposium&quot; (or something like that).  The Technical Track is more for broadcast engineers, but the Content Track is very Web and &quot;New Media&quot; focused... for anyone that creates digital content -- online or otherwise.
