While it is called the "Iowa DTV Symposium" (meaning digital television), don't let that scare you away... it would be better titled, "The Iowa Digital & New Media Symposium" (or something like that). The Technical Track is more for broadcast engineers, but the Content Track is very Web and "New Media" focused... for anyone that creates digital content -- online or otherwise.
