July

Lunch event July 19 with Jeremy Harrington on creating design mockups with Twitter Bootstrap.

Why spend the time developing wireframes in an expensive design application when you can do it quickly in your browser and reuse the code? With Twitter Bootstrap you can do just that. Bootstrap is an open-source, front-end toolkit created to help designers and developers build tools quickly and efficiently.

Jeremy Harrington will walk us through how he uses Twitter’s design pattern library, Bootstrap, to build client friendly wireframes quickly. Join us for a lunch meeting at 12:00 to 1:00 on July 19. We’ll be meeting at Spaghetti Works (map) in downtown Des Moines.

Please RSVP by leaving a comment here or on the Facebook event page. There is no cost to attend this event.

This lunch meeting also serves a good follow up to our last Web Dojo where we completed a challenge using design pattern libraries.
