Using React in a Rails Environment

How do you merge the old with the new? Rails is a full-stack framework that’s been around for a decade, and React is a front-end library that’s been around for a couple of years. Jose Luis Torres is a senior software engineer for AgSolver where he builds Rails applications with a React front-end.

Join us on Monday, September 19th at Noon as Jose walks us through his experience integrating the two popular tools and tells us about what he’s learned. We’ll meet at One Corporate Place 1501 42nd St, West Des Moines, IA 50266 suite # 120. Our location and lunch is provided by Shift Interactive!

Update: Due to a power outage, we’ll be meeting at Palmer’s Deli & Market, 4949 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, IA. Shift Interactive has graciously offered to sponsor lunch at Palmer’s.
